I have always enjoyed the opportunities to visit countries in Europe for work and pleasure over the past twenty years or so. The region is small enough that twenty countries are located within two two-hour flights or an easy drive or train ride for a few hours crossing a border or two with no effort.

Striking contrasts and differences in social culture, business mindset, work ethics, ways of cooking the same ingredients in vastly different ways, habits of living daily routines, and political and social philosophies are unique attributes that attract me to Europe.

I try to focus on locals from the perspectives of signs and indications of local people, culture, daily life, food, and a few unique building structures, modern and historical.
